Due to the higher emission demands from local and national Authorities, Filcon have developed a special Flue Gas Cleaning system for this application.

The pulse jet filter type KF is especially designed, as a compact module, which can be installed in existent buildings and new plants. As the operational staff normally must take care of other issues, the system mainly contains equipment, which demands as little maintenance as possible.

The small dust amount enters the bag filter with the Flue Gas and is creating a “Filter cake” on the outside of the Filter material. A mixture of Sodium bicarbonate (SBC) and Activated Carbon (AC) or Hydrated Lime and AC is injected into the integrated reactor at the Filter inlet, removing the Acid components and the heavy metals (Hg) from the Flue gas.

The system has a fully automatic control system, which easily can be operated by the staff of the Crematory.

The collected ash and absorbent (residue) is automatic transported to a standard ash bin, which secures a high safety for the operational staff.
