Industrial Air Filtration

A wide range of pressure-resistant round pulse jet filters
In performing simple processes such as shredding tires, handling chemicals, woodchips, paper, etc. and/or when loading flour, seed, grain, corn, and other agricultural products., fine dust particles are generated. These particles must be removed from the air we breathe to avoid damaging our health.
The Filcon standard filter program has been developed with a special focus on removing these harmful particles.
Over the years, our engineering team has continually performed tests and worked to develop the filter design which today makes it possible for Filcon to clean the air from particle contamination.

FILTER TYPES:

TYPE – RA

For aspiration, with top inlet and bottom cone

TYPE – RB

For aspiration, with top inlet and scraper bottom

TYPE – RC

Exhaust filter for silos, with open bottom

TYPE – RD

For huge amount of product, with bottom inlet and cone

The Filcon Filtration R Filters are pressure-shock resistant according to the German guidelines VDI 2263 and have been pressure tested and certified by TÜV Nord in Germany.

The Filter can be equipped with Explosion vents according to VDI 3673 or EN 14491.
